Julie is amazing! We were having trouble getting a house in the 2021 housing market with Redfin. I would estimate we saw 50+ houses with them and put in multiple offers with no success or, to be honest, any direction from our agent. We met with Julie and saw less than 10 houses. The first one we submitted an offer for was accepted by the seller. She is insightful and has great advise on how to put in a competitive offer. Julie is a wonderful relator! She gave my small property as much attention as my friends have received for their more expensive homes. She went above and beyond what I expected. I found myself needing to sell my mothers house more sooner than later. I found her mailer in my mothers mail and thought what the heck. Julie was an absolute professional from our first contact through the closing. She gave me an honest assessment of the property and promptly got to work. She developed a comprehensive marketing plan and got the listing off the ground in short order. After less than a week of going live, the property had nine offers. We discussed the merits of the different offers and went with what we thought would end up with the quickest closing. Prior to listing our house with Julie we did some analysis on some of the top Realtors in the area. We considered two main criteria's, based on the last few months sales what Realtor was able to sell the house in the shortest period of time and what Realtor was able to get a Sale price closet to the Asking price.
